ARTICLE 1: ACCEPTANCE

By using the facilities and services offered by Parq Vancouver, including but not limited to gaming areas, hotels, restaurants, bars, and event spaces (collectively referred to as "the Resort"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 2: ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 19 years of age to enter the Resort. You are required to provide proof of age and identity before participating in gaming activities or accessing certain areas of the Resort.

ARTICLE 3: GAMBLING RESTRICTIONS

Gaming is available only on-site and not through any online platform provided by Parq Vancouver. All gaming activities must be conducted within the designated gaming area, as defined and regulated by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC).

ARTICLE 4: PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for your own behavior, actions, and decisions while using the Resort's facilities and services. You understand that Parq Vancouver is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in gaming activities.

ARTICLE 5: ENCORE REWARDS PROGRAM

Parq Vancouver offers an Encore Rewards loyalty program to its patrons. Members of this program agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about themselves, and acknowledge that they are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 6: DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL LIMITS

You must comply with the deposit and withdrawal limits set by BCLC for all gaming activities conducted within the Resort. You understand that failure to adhere to these limits may result in restrictions on your access to certain areas of the Resort or suspension/closure of your account.

ARTICLE 7: RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

Parq Vancouver supports responsible gaming practices and encourages patrons to do so. If you feel that your use of our facilities or services is becoming problematic, please contact a GameSense advisor for assistance.

ARTICLE 8: PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

You understand that Parq Vancouver reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas of the Resort, including but not limited to gaming areas, hotels, restaurants, bars, and event spaces. Such restrictions may be imposed at any time without notice due to various factors, such as suspected misconduct or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 9: SECURITY AND FAIR PLAY

Parq Vancouver employs industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for secure communication when guests access our websites, although all sensitive gaming transactions are conducted in person under BCLC's secure casino environment. Our slot machines and table games operate under certified fairness and integrity benchmarks as required by provincial regulation.

ARTICLE 10: CUSTOMER SUPPORT

For any issues or concerns regarding your visit to the Resort or participation in gaming activities, please contact our customer support team through phone, email, or on-site guest services desk.

ARTICLE 11: DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved according to applicable laws of British Columbia. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over such matters.

ARTICLE 12: GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws of British Columbia.
